Unfortunately another Ottawa Valley bookstore, Chelsea Books, will be closing it’s doors at the end of the year. Saw this poster (check the zoom feature to see the detailed work) over at Boing Boing and think I may have to buy one for the press room. It’s a highly detailed typographic dream for zombie lovers incorporating nearly 1000 titles of zombie movies, books, games, etc.
This comes from the very cool Recyclart site. A huge library desk created from stacked books at TU Delft creates a pretty interesting impression upon entering the library. More photos here.
These workshops are very well done and a great way to spend a Saturday. Space is usually limited, so be sure to register early.
